Glenn T. Dyer

Glenn T. Dyer represents individuals, business concerns, insurance companies and their insureds in claims venued in the Superior Court of New Jersey and in various arbitration forums.  He has tried over fifty cases before juries, had had numerous bench trials and has arbitrated hundreds of personal injury protection benefit, uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage cases.  He has been elected by his peers across the state as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

He also routinely handles insurance coverage and insurer bad faith claims.  He specializes in fraud, misrepresentation and non-cooperation related disclaimer, denial, rescission and restitution-based affirmative claims and defenses.

Mr. Dyer has also dedicated himself to the betterment of the civil justice system (including the preservation and advancement of the jury system) and to the needs of the New Jersey State Bar.  He is the former Chairman of the Essex County Bar Association Product Liability Section (1999 to 2001) and was President of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association in 2012 (whose board he had been a member of since 2007).  He is also a certified civil case arbitrator of contract and tort cases in the Supeior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County and routinely acts as an arbitrator of private, contractual uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage cases. Mr. Dyer is also a member of the Executive Board of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Civil Practice section.

Prior to starting his own firm, Glenn was a partner at Connell Foley LLP from 1990 to 2011.  He began his career as a law clerk to the Honorable Karen D. Russell, J.S.C. (retired) following his graduation from the Notre Dame Universtiy Law School (cum laude).
